How to use the OrderEasy app

1) Download and install the app to get started.

2) After installation, you can enter your mobile number and complete the registration process in simple steps.

3) Once you register with our app grant the required permissions to get started.

4) Scan an OrderEasy QR to view the menu.

5) Here you can see the available items from the menu and check the description as well as images of the products and place your order from your table without waiting.

6) You will get a confirmation notification on your app as soon as your order is accepted and you will also receive the order update and completion notification in the app as well.

7) During your dine-in time in any outlet you can use the OrderEasy bell request feature to request various services like calling a waiter, request for cutlery, tissues, etc. (Availability of this feature depends on the services offered by a specific outlet.).

8) You can use our safe and secure payment gateway to pay for your orders directly from your phone or if you're carrying cash you can choose to pay offline as well.

9) The bill of your order will be available in your app and you can view and download it as per your convenience.
