- Start your program: Download the Evie app, log in, and begin your personalized program right away with helpful video exercises, Squeeze tasks, educational content, and more.
The app have personalized programs for every user with:
- Exercise videos to follow for ever day.
- Squeeze and coordination exercise for the pelvic floor.
- 1:1 consultations with our Pelvic floor experts.
