CHAP App lays the groundwork to inform the delivery of an evidence-based homeless assistance services. Within the CHAP App, clients are able to:
- Gain direct and streamlined communication to their Case Manager through their preferred means of contact (Text, Phone Call, Video Call)
- Stay up to date on tasks though push notifications and in-app reminders
- Upload documents and sign time-sensitive forms
- Learn about new workshops and continuing education classes that are part of Chapman Partnership’s Social Enterprise Academy
